A Note on Infrastructure Operations
Following our March 20th meeting with Annalisa and Lukas, we identified that the technology operations requirements span two distinct tracks: software operations (vendor coordination, deployment management, platform optimisation) and infrastructure operations (server management, backups, security hardening, M365, cloud migration). To ensure each track receives the specialist depth it deserves, we have engaged Veracloud — our infrastructure and cloud security arm — to provide dedicated pricing for the infrastructure scope. Their proposal will be addressed directly to your team. This approach ensures accurate, transparent pricing rather than a single blended figure that may obscure the detail of what you are receiving.

One-Time Projects
Betlong.com Website
Full website build for Betlong brand. Sprint-based or milestone billing. We'll need briefs, wireframes, or feature lists. Happy to run a dedicated scoping call to establish timeline and budget.
Cloud Migration
Migration off current hosting to direct cloud (Azure or AWS). Scoped and quoted by Veracloud following infrastructure audit. Includes data migration, testing, and cutover.
Microsoft 365 Setup
Full migration from current tools to M365 for ~35–40 employees. Includes setup, configuration, data migration, security controls, and staff onboarding.
Terms & Conditions
Pricing
- All prices quoted in EUR, exclusive of VAT
- Proposal valid for 30 days from date shown
- Retainer pricing reviewed annually on engagement anniversary
- One-time project fees quoted separately upon scoping
Payment
- Annual 12 month retainer payable in advance upon contract execution
- One-time projects: milestone-based billing (50% upfront, 50% on delivery)
- Payment by bank transfer to Red SKIOS Ltd designated account
- 14-day payment terms from invoice date
Scope & Delivery
- Minimum engagement: 12 months from commencement
- 60 days written notice required for termination or material scope changes
- Work exceeding retainer scope flagged and quoted before commencement
- IP for bespoke deliverables transfers to client upon full payment
